This is a very heartfelt activity for me as such cooking offers a great variety of dishes. from land locked provinces to coastal regions, when I cook I bring alive the spirit of these places! the guests must feel the natural ingredients, the food must speak to them! this is acheived firstly through sight; the colour of the food matches its enviroment or origin. such as green for vegetables and red for meat,for example, by frying red peppers with beef. Once the dish has left the kitchen, it makes its way the guests table, but before it lands there, its distinctive aroma is already calling out to the guests sense of smell. Then, of course, finally the food reaches the palate and delivers all its carefully combined flavors and ingredients, delicious!!!"
